This women's class is lead by Crystal Regalado. She has trained for 16 years and received her Black Belt under Master Ricardo Franjinha Miller. Jiu-Jitsu is the ultimate self-defense. Building that muscle memory is vital if you find yourself where these life skills are needed. Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art where you gain strength, not just physical but mental strength.
You will learn a life skill and be joining a community of like-minded women. All this while getting in a great workout.
